I could sum up the packaging of this C.D. in one word Lavish, made up like a pulp horror comic cartoon spread, with the words inside and credits on the reverse and the disk itself is adorned with all the pictorial elegance of an ice cream van good artwork by Jay Miller.

The Assorted Talents Of Hercules Rockafella is the first track. Heavily reminding me of The Prodigy with its rave/punk fusion and technical guitar additions and Sex Pistolsesque vocals, also an ecclesiastical chanting piece thrown in to expand the interest level meter up a notch.

Hill And Dale is a jolly romp with a Gaelic/Celtic feel the sort of thing you would happily brawl to in an Irish pub. Its really pleasing to listen to actually, with military drumming and a folk dance vibe forming this danceable lively jig.

No way describing the pleasures of listening to these tracks An Encapsulating Glimpse In To Monotony has a reggae beat and a Spanish acoustic like guitar feel to the sound, showing Billy Skins can be both pleasingly different in their approach to their sound and good along with it, being yes differently unique but easy going and widely accessible. I defiantly feel they have a wide ranging and recommendable appeal .

Heart Of Stone has some skippy beats to the consistently good drumming, making me feel this band are not that easy to describe due to their refreshingly different sound but easy to decide how much I actually like it. At times these tracks sound like several tunes being played at once which if skilfully done isnt altogether a bad thing.

I genuinely enjoyed this C.D. and would easily want to play it frequently.

And if thats not all.
Theres even a video thrown in. It?s a ska punk tune and a fun video with a (for those old enough to remember) Madness or Banana Splits sense of fun, people dressed up that you can recognise from their C.D. artwork adding to the Mighty Boosh like enjoyment.

I would defiantly say, if you picked this C.D. up at one of their gigs it would be a memorable and enjoyable buy with pretty much nothing much to not like.
