Choice of four trails: 1. Residential
trail is totally on sidewalks and roadways with no significant obstacles.
Suitable for strollers. 2.
Salt Marsh Trail (temporarily closed due to storm damage) 3. Cole Harbour Heritage Park, or 4. Shearwater Flyer are
totally on gravel or crushed stone trail. These scenic/secluded
trails may be difficult for those
pushing strollers.

When approaching the Halifax/Dartmouth area from all major
provincial highways including 101, 102/118 and 107 or from
Halifax via the MacKay Bridge, proceed to the Parclo (traffic
circle). Upon reaching the Parclo, take the Prince Albert Road exit. Turn left
to Lawrence Street and the MicMac Quality Inn.
Free parking at the hotel.
8:00 am-8:00 pm daily

Not open Christmas Day. Several different routes are
available. The city trails are more suitable for strollers than the
park trails.

When approaching the Halifax/Dartmouth area from all major provincial highways
including 101, 102/118 and 107 or from Halifax via the MacKay Bridge, proceed to
the Parclo (traffic circle). Upon reaching the Parclo, proceed towards Eastern
Passage. Turn left at the end of the highway and continue to Cow Bay Road. Free
parking available.

The trail is totally on sidewalks, roadways and boardwalks with no significant
obstacles. It may be difficult in part for those pushing strollers.

Glendale to the lights at McDougall Ave. Turn right. The Sports Stadium is in
front of you. Free parking is available.

Two Trails - The coach trail is entirely on sidewalks through the village of
Sackville and is suitable for strollers. The Lake Trail winds around a pristine
lake and is not suitable for strollers. Wildlife on both trails includes bald
eagles, osprey, loon, deer and turtles.
