Welcome, to my website. I am a college student studying Computer Science, and I love computer games. This site contains information and resources on game programming, programming in general, and projects I'm currently working on. Some of you may be wondering why my site is named Nimrand's Library. Nimrand is the name of a benevolent wizard from a story I have writen (and, you might say, am still writing). He is a sort of a self-appointed guardian of the earth, though there usually isn't much to gaurd against. So, he spends much of his time either writing books, or reading one of the many books from his library of ancient and forgotten knowledge. Since this site is, or at least will be, sort of a library of programming knowledge, Nimrand's Library seemed as good as a name as any. Also, I identify with the character Nimrand's personality a lot, so I often use Nimrand as nickname for message boards and chat rooms. |
