·         Build up/progress monitoring races

Below are some races for you to consider in your build up. But take it sensibly, don’t over-do it and be too competitive. For example :some runners did lots of warm up races for London 2007 and did badly, whereas for Amsterdam they just completed 3 races and did OK.
